The two two four building was constructed in 1908. It was initially a YMCA (as evidenced by the basketball court and pool) and subsequently served as City Hall (there is a jail cell in the basement!) and a private residence.   

Martinsburg Real Estate Partners LLC acquired the building in 2020 and immediately began an extensive renovation that included repairing all windows, repair and replacement of the HVAC systems, bathroom rehab, floor sanding & refinishing, painting, installation of meeting room space, electrical upgrades and installation of high speed internet & VOIP telephone systems. 

The building is anchored by businesses owned by the co-owners of Martinsburg Real Estate Partners LLC:   Sutton & Janelle PLLC,  Ours Lawyer Lewis & Company PLLC and e-Close.  

A limited number of offices are offered for long term leases to approved compatible businesses.  Lease rates for these offices are inclusive of high speed internet via secure wifi, VOIP telephone, live receptionist in lobby area, access to large private conference room and two smaller glass meeting rooms,  kitchen area and a one of a kind basketball court.  A 1700 square foot ground level area is also available for lease.
